Hi -- This is my first entry, but I find the blog invaluable.

Does anyone know how some artist are able to photograph their work in a room setting with colored walls and furniture, which best shows off large pieces?

    I use Photoshop Elements to show my paintings in a room setting. It's a bit complicated to explain if you are not familiar with the software, but after experimenting with it, you will be able to figure it out...I did, and I'm no techo geek. Good luck!
